Good service overall, however, Underwriters we’re getting annoying regarding copy of paperwork. They need to inform what all they need upfront not delay days and weeks later for additional paperwork

Great experience all around except Underwriting. They delayed our closing date by 12 days due to poor communication with VA Underwriting.
First time home buying experience was quite stressful. Not sure if that just comes with the territory or if we had a poor experience.
