We were a little frustrated with how the numbers on our loan documents kept fluctuating with no explanations so we were constantly doing math to ensure they added up, which they didn’t at first. Thankfully our loan officer was amazing and everything got taken care of. I think our biggest frustration was the constant delays of the refinance process. At first it was just 6mos and we were eligible for the IRRRL refi, then there was allegedly another delay bc of a VU policy. Just made no sense. But our loan officer was great even when we were not the most pleasant. No matter who you use, the numbers game will always be frustrating. If you have a great team it’s a lot easier. We were fortunate.
