Ryan and Arlem did an amazing job through what has been a lengthy process. Both were never frustrated with my 1000 questions and both were extremely quick in processing my loan. I was initially expected to close the week of the 26th and I closed Friday the 22nd! Very happy with my service and I will be back if I decide to buy another home!

We have had two loans with Mike and his team and had fabulous results couldn't ask for any better service.W hen we went to closing the agent said she loves closing with veterans United because they always have everything in order and on time.
It was mostly a pleasant experience. The title company was terrible. They tried to rush me though the contacts a women literally said “I’m not saying I need you to hurry up, but I’m saying that you need to hurry up if you want to close today”
Why did they schedule it on a Friday so late knowing there wasn’t a lot of time, then have the nerve to rush me through something so important. On top of that they screwed up a bunch of numbers causing me to pay thousands seemingly out of the blue at the last minute. Please don’t don’t work with that company again for your client's sake.

The majority of the home buying process with VU was excellent. However, the disparities between initial/final closing disclosure figures almost put me into a bind less than 24 hours from closing day. It could have delayed the sale entirely if either I did not have the funds immediately available or if the title company had requested a different method of payment. No one wants to be surprised on the afternoon before closing day and I should have gotten the final CD at least 72 hrs prior to closing day.
