As someone who works for a title company/closing agency contracted through another mortgage company, I was worried this was going to be a long tedious process with lots of information needed history wise. Veterans united stayed in touch with me and my wife when I needed. We both struggled originally just to get the approved loan due to my wife's credit history but were notified when she finally obtained credit information. Ashley and Olivia worked very hard for us and made sure we were up to date on everything and stayed in touch with not just my wife and I but our realtor as well.
