The people Veterans United has are very helpful and made bying a home as easy as possible on the loan side of the house. The software was also very easy to use and understand. I would say some of the docs could be updated for better mobile use for those of us always on the go. And a summary or description of what each person in the team is responsible for that's assisting at different steps in the process would also help. I found myself emailing the wrong person on multiple occasions just because of me bout knowing who did what sometimes. Overall experience with the team was exceptional though.
