I actually called Veterans United about a cash out refinance and after talking to Steve about all the rules in the state we live in we discussed all of the options and we decided that selling our home and buying a new a new home was our best option for our situation. Steve and Veterans United is a one stop shop. We were directed to our concierge Dalton who hooked us up with our real estate agent Lisa and is was on from there. We had a pre-approval letter the same day and we actually had to ask for more and it was taken care of in a matter of minutes. From the initial phone call to closing on our dream home was 45 days this included selling our existing home and finding our new home. Steve, Dalton, Markita, and Lisa all did an awesome job.
