The zero down is the only benefit I feel I received, everyone seemed like they didn’t know left from right and only cared about closing so they could get paid!

I was a little sceptical at first. It was a slow start because of personal reason and just trying to find a house I could see myself living in for a long while. I was quickly approved but took for ever to find a place. Once i found a place they were quick to get on the job. The seller and i did not want to involve a real estate agent which was a bit frustrating on my behalf because i had to do a lot of leg work and paper work. My loan team was a bit lost without an agent but we all managed to get excellent loan terms, a great deal. No closing costs for me. All inspections and necessary paper work. Put it this way. Josh and his team really took care of me in the end. I couldn't be happier and more satisfied. They get a big "Hoooaah" from this army veteran.

Veterans United is a great loan facilitator. They don't actually lend the money, but make all the arrangements with an underwriter. They are very familiar with VA loans and can efficiently process a loan.
