The website is so easy to use for uploading documents and tracking your progress. The loan team is always very responsive. And the text feature was very nice for quick bits of information.
Be prepared to long shafted by appraisers. And the underwriters will ask you tons of questions and then tell you to fuck off they want to look for the answer anyway.
