The VU team made us feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the whole process - from well before we were under contract, to the day we closed, and even beyond. They were quick to respond to all of our questions, no matter the complexity and we always felt like we were their number one priority. The team was highly skilled, efficient, and empathetic - it felt like we had all been friends for years! We couldn't be happier with Veterans United. Kim was awesome. And let's face it, you don't buy a house in a different state every day. Honestly, we thought we might not be able to get this done. Kim said, why not? And she was right. Not only was it possible, but much easier than expected. I can't imagine it being any easier than it was. I can't think of a single thing that needs improvement. I can't imagine anyone doing it better.

There is always going to be an unexpected issue pop up during the home buying process. In my opinion the biggest issue is always communication. It’s the one thing that can stop an army in its tracks and cost a battle. Craig is always so good to react and smooth out the wrinkles in miscommunication.
