I would not recommend this company to my veteran friends or family. Dawn plank my loan officer was not very enthused and did not reach out to me or inform me of Vital Information. I had to contact the advocate team twice because she would not get back with me. As a veteran and a first-time home buyer I feel that Dawn plank was not out for my best interest.

Great experience overall, just would have liked more feedback from our loan team during the process. Since this was our first time buying a home, it would have been great if the loan team would have responded to inquiries quicker and reached out to us more with updates on the process.
