This experience was terrible. In the future, I will be utilizing USAA or any other institution that completes VA home loans. Issues such as missed interest rates due to lack of communication or laziness to incorrect paperwork as well as the having to rush to get last minute documentation on a holiday weekend after specifically asking multiple times if there was anything else that I needed to complete. Buying a home is stressful enough, but this experience was unbelievable. I will not be considering purchasing a home with Veterans United ever again.

Nathan Jackson and the rest of the team are absolutely outstanding. Veterans United has the best people on their staff and really goes out of the way to make the process as easy and understandable as possible. I am truly impressed with the effort that was put in to making sure that I understood what was happening each step of the way. I could not be happier with the service I have received in both the original purchase and with the refinancing. I would recommend Veterans United to absolutely every veteran interested in a VA Home loan.
