I had an amazing experience with Veterans United purchasing my first home. I started this journey almost a year and a half ago through the Lighthouse Program working with VU to re-build my credit and take the steps needed to get pre-approved. Throughout the process, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
My loan officer Nate and agent Jill, were a very dynamic duo when it came to getting us into our home. They jumped through hoops for me and made that moment at the closing table even sweeter than I thought it would be. I will definitely use them again if i buy another local property

I would not recommend this company to my family, friends, or coworkers. My experience was not a pleasant one and I would utilize a different lender.

Ashley Brown was phenomenal. I could not be more satisfied with her expertise, experience, communication, and explanations throughout the process. This was my third home purchase but she taught me so much and I felt extraordinarily confident navigating the process with her. This was a challenging purchase in many regards but she kept me at ease through the entire process. I am convinced that no other lender would have assisted me as deftly or confidently as Ashley did.
