The only issue I had was with Title. They lost paperwork and were not responsive on the forms they needed resigned. I took out the refi to pay off some credit cards. We completed the paperwork over a week ago with the notary and one of the credit cards has yet to receive their funds. Both of the ladies who worked on Mr. Sulivan's team were outstanding!!!!!

I truly enjoyed working with my Veterans United team! From start to finish, they helped me through the process and told me what I needed to do in order to buy a house. They worked with me and told me what I needed to do to get my credit scores up and where I needed to be score wise in order to move on to the next phase. Once my scores were where they needed to be, I moved forward with another team member who helped me with what paperwork I needed and when I needed to have it turned in.
