Yes, I would definitely recommend the team I had to help me maneuverer through the homebuying process. If I had to do it over again, I would want the same team. And Jeremy, was phenomenal, kind, understanding and I felt so confident throughout each phase of the loan. I didn't know about VU, but from this point on I will recommend all I encounter who wants to buy a home to VU.

I wouldn’t recommend the 2 turds who took over 90 days to do a cash out refi. And lost my intrest rate and tried to buy down interest rate 2 times and take money from my refi . Luckily I sent an email to the right person, because if I hadn’t, I would have been in a crap position. This isn’t the time to be fucking around with peoples mortgages. Some people need to take this shit more seriously, less vacations and answer the god damn phone more . I will be dealing with federal bank in como from now on . I’ve been with you all for 7 years . Veterans United assigned me with a team that has been nothing but efficient and compassionate towards my transition into civilian life. Carter and Andrew were great at matching me with all the external components of buying a home, like movers or an agent if needed (we def did). Craig Anderson was amazing at coming up with solutions to any problems that arose, and it was just an overall very smooth experience compared to what I was expecting initially with buying a home. Natalie was super efficient at reminding me of all the deadlines we had with underwriting and was also very kind and helpful with all the questions I had. Great people! I’d definitely recommend.

This is the second home I have purchased through Veterans United with the help of VU loan officer Kendall Haun. Both experiences were phenomenal. Kendall and his team walked me through the purchase process step-by-step and got me over every single potential hurdle that arose with flying colors. For the second purchase - which was a condo - Kendall was able to get condo approval from the VA on his end, and quickly enough to meet the contracted closing date. He and his team know their stuff and stay very tuned in from start to finish. I never felt alone in the process and never felt that my purchase through Veterans United was taken for granted. I give Veterans United my highest recommendation.
