Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but the entire team at Veterans United made the experience feel easy and supported from start to finish. I am still in awe of how accessible and kind Austin and his team were. Whenever I had a question or idea, they responded instantly and thoroughly. Austin and his team were reassuring when things got intimidating, congratulatory when we got it done, and wonderful overall.
Seemed to be too many hoops to jump through when we are a well qualified buyer with top credit scores. Requests to get Retirement Orders, A signed letter from a Commander (in this case a General) and the Retirement pay calculator was redundant and very demeaning. Especially when we could just purchase the property with cash and our $1.6 million in investments were not even taken into account. This was after our loan officer said the letter from the commander wouldn’t be required.
