Because of the current market situation as far as the extreme shortage of available quality homes, it took over a year of searching before my wife and I were able to both find and make a winning offer on a home that we truly wanted. Chace was available to answer our concerns any time we needed him and was always great about getting back to us in a very timely fashion any time we reached out to him through the entire long and daunting process.
My work schedule is complicated, international, and difficult to work around. David and the team worked around, over, and through all obstacles that came up. They were friendly the whole time while doing it.
This is our second homebuying experience with VU. Could both experiences be superior? Yes! We thought no one could beat the service Sean provided, but Casey matched it! We highly recommend VU. Simply. The. Best!
Everyone went above and beyond. Communication is really important to me and they excelled. My questions no matter how small or annoying at times I am sure were answered with thought and consideration and the relization that I am not a professional home buyer so i need guidance. I was made to feel I was important and felt at times like I was the only customer they had and that is a great experience.
