MIke and Daniel were amazing. This is my second purchase with Mike and he is nothing short of outstanding, as was the entire team.
I really enjoyed being able to easily log in to VU at work, only needing my email and a code from my phone. Email notifications for new To-Do items were prompt, and easy to understand and complete.
I personally didn't like some of the verbage on the site. I took some of it as whimsical, which didn't really feel right (to me) for something serious such as buying a home. I also did not like how the the signing applet encouraged you not to read what you were e-signing. (click "next" to sign, it scrolls down 5+ pages to the signing line.... rinse & repeat)
Overall, pretty good. I would recommend VU.
Yes, I would definitely recommend the team I had to help me maneuverer through the homebuying process. If I had to do it over again, I would want the same team. And Jeremy, was phenomenal, kind, understanding and I felt so confident throughout each phase of the loan. I didn't know about VU, but from this point on I will recommend all I encounter who wants to buy a home to VU.
This was our first time buying a home and we had no idea what we were doing. Veterans United was very helpful in explaining the process, what our job is, and what we need to do. My wife and I suddenly found a house we loved and Veterans United made it ours within a month.
