Jeff and his team are superb — I have had multiple sales/ buys over the last 6 years - all simply great
The team was amazing the whole way. Working with Veterans United makes the process simple and easy and stress free. I will always use them for a home purchase.
From day one until closing on my home everyone at Veteran's United were professional, supportive, always there to answer a question, and take the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. They worked hard to ensure everything was timely, precise, and with good financial numbers (interest, fees, etc).
Already have recommended to my sister

Danny and Anna were awesome to work with and professional.

Connor Brandt and his Team made my home buying and selling process super easy! Clear information and constant updates made this vet very comfortable and confident
Aimee was an amazing mortgage lender from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, because apparently paperwork multiplies when humans try to own things, but Aimee made everything feel much smoother and easier to understand. She communicated clearly, kept me updated, and helped make sure we stayed on track all the way to closing. I really appreciated her patience, attention to detail, and dedication to helping me get the best outcome possible.I highly recommend Aimee to anyone looking for a mortgage lender who actually cares and knows what they’re doing.

Icannot say enough amazing things about Veterans United—they truly changed my life.
From my very first conversation, their team took the time to thoroughly review my finances and clearly explain every step of the homebuying process. There was never a moment where I felt confused or unsupported. I also completed their education course and regularly watch their YouTube content, which helped me feel informed and empowered throughout this journey.
What really made the experience exceptional was the team I worked with. My loan officer, Carma Bittle, loan coordinator Shannon Brown, and concierge Shawna Woofter actually the entire team was absolutely phenomenal. They answered every single question—no matter how small, repetitive, or anxiety-driven. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt confident every step of the way.
Buying a home can be overwhelming, but they made it feel manageable and even exciting. When I received the “clear to close,” I was overwhelmed with emotion—I wanted to scream, but since I was at work, I cried instead. That moment meant everything to me.
If you are a veteran considering homeownership, I highly recommend Veterans United. Their professionalism, education, and genuine care set them apart. This was more than just a transaction—it was a life-changing experience.
The people working for this place are just wonderful, I’d give an 11/10 if I could. Going above and beyond is an understatement
This process with Veterans United was so amazingly simple. Craig and Curtis helped and took care of everything along the way. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing support and willingness to assist in whatever they could!

Fantastic crew
I would still recommend but this buying process was the most stressful transaction I have ever had. Staff not answering on closing day. Then documents not provided until the day of closing. Very poor communication. Very upsetting as the last transaction I had with veterans united was so wonderful that this one feel so short.
Too many points of contact and seemingly “random” people jumping in during the middle of the closing period. Confusing who is what and what is who. Over half a dozen different ways I had to prove employment even though you asked for my tax returns which showed I was employed. Multiple pay stubs, multiple written explanations. It all seemed very redundant and or there was a communication break down somewhere. Overall not a bad experience but there were frustrating points here and there.
