Veterans United are equipped with experienced and very knowledgeable specialists that are prepared to take their clients through what is almost always expressed as a complicated and stressful process with minimal visibility to the customer. When our loan experienced the only real bump in the road and we were faced with incurring significant fines with our builder, our loan specialist did not hesitate to communicate with our builder directly and as a result, no fines/fees were assessed.This was my second loan with Veterans United and when the time comes, I will not hesitate for a 3rd.
My experience was great. My loan was prepared really fast. Even with hiccups, Veterans United came through for me. I am so grateful for my new home. I have nothing but good things to say about my loan team from Veterans United. Going in to to home buying process I was so nervous about the loan part, especially the underwriting phase. None of that ended up being an issue. My team was very good with explaining to me what would be going on and what I would need. The website was very user friendly. Whenever something was needed it would populate in my “To Do List” on my account page. I was able to upload everything I needed to get to my team right away. I can only speak for my experience those I dealt with and with my team, but if everyone working at Veterans United is half as awesome as my guys were you will be in good hands.
