They made what seemed like an arduous process and kept it very simple and easy to understand. And even fun! Any form that requires a signature and can be submitted with an e-signature should be provided in e signature authorized format such as docusign. For example the VA release form should have been sent to me in a docusign or other acceptable esgined format to avoid delays in closing.

This was hands down the most delightful experience I have had with ANY company. Communication was prompt and easy to understand.
