The entire team was quick and knowledgeable, they were very honest with me every step of the way but also very willing to help. There was no stress involved other than stressing about what could go wrong but they were on top of it 100%.
Make sure if someone is signing via POA you make sure they have the original document in hand for closing. Also make buyer aware of all the closing options (ie. in person or by mail) and although I know it wasn’t necessarily Veterans United fault for these problems because no one made us aware. But maybe just letting the buyer know so if no one else does atleast they will know from someone.
You can not find a better loan company . Katie and Cameron where the best team you could ask for! Made the process easy and made sure we understood everything.
