It was quite an outstanding experience. Despite having a mortgage on my credit report, veterans united qualified me with a VA loan when a conventional loan would not have.
Excellent communication and initial setup with Katelyn Cockrell to get the ball rolling. Handover from Katelyn to Joe & Jenna was smooth and continued tempo. However, a miscommunication with appraiser delayed closing by 4 days. Overall a good job and the whole Veterans United team was very accessible and helpful throughout the entire process.

I can't imagine having a better home loan experience. Excellence and communication defines Heidi (and Veterans United). She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, quick to communicate, thorough, personable, accurate and HELPFUL. She was such a huge help and advocate. She was a pleasure to work with and I will absolutely recommend her to anyone I know seeking a VA loan. I really didn't think it was possible to have this good of an experience, even under the best circumstances, getting a home loan.
