Such an easy process and amazing help!

Super agradecido y un servicio de excelencia!!

Getting into contact with VU personnel can be sometimes difficult. We bought a house during one of the busiest times of the year, however that doesn't mean I should be forwarded to a voicemail on multiple occasions. Having a person to talk to is invaluable. Sometimes its a simple question that does not necessarily need to be answered by my loan officer those simple answers go a long way toward overall customer satisfaction.

The paperwork process was simple. The only issue was getting new To Do's and only having 24 hours to complete. So everything ended up as rush and wait. Sometimes it made it hard when you have a busy family life.Communication between the underwriters and loan officer needs improvement.

Our experience with Veterans United was like a dream. The entire pricess was seamless. We would absolutely recommend them!

Multiple concerns towards the end of the process otherwise would have switched lenders. Did not close on time even with 4months of notice. Had to take leave from work twice for the same issue. Did not receive responses back on questions or some not answered.

Top notch crew . Very nice and easy to work with.

Very helpful through the entire process. Even covered the cost of my second appraisal :)

Outstanding job by all the professionals I had the pleasure of dealing with at Veterans United.

Kept me up to date on everything. Smooth process.

I don't think I could have had a better experience with my first home purchase. Thanks to Daniel Lowes and Adam Wibbenmeyer.

In the beginning all started very well until day before closing at which time I was informed were unable to process loan due to debt to income ratio. If that were the case why did I even present offer on home. After expressing my concern and then escalated to upper management at which time they were able to give me options on what can be done for the loan to be approved. The work around was never presented until the day of original close date which if known prior to that it could have been taken care of and could have closed on original close date. Since unable to close on original date was put into a situation that should have not had to be in. Had to cancel power switch over / water / cable etc. Not to mention I had only 8 days at current residence because based on information provided by loan officer gave 30 day notice so now when loan didn't process gave my family and I only 8 days to vacate. Luckily upper management was able to give solution and loan finally was approved.

Veterans United has a great process for home buying and made sure that all of my questions were answered in a timely manner.

Our experience had its ups and downs. The beginning stages went smoothly and we had no issues with our account setup, pre-approval, and the documentation process. Towards the end it fell apart. Most of the loan team worked hard to get past the issues created by a terrible underwriting team. However, one of the team failed us miserably but has for some reason been given more responsibility, which I don't believe she is ready for...We did not close on time because of underwriting and this person and had to postpone multiple times..
