The only reason I didn't give a 10, is because my first loan officer was not flexible at all. Once I reconnected with VU, Jackie and Andrea was AMAZING!

The only issue I had was that it took so long for my certificate of eligibility to come that I lost out on a lower interest rate. This has little to do with Veterans United, however.

I did not compare other VA loan companies and I am satisfied with my experience with VU.
