Our loan officer was great. However, the process of sending documents to the underwriting dept. multiple times for the same information was rediclous. We started the process in January 2016 and it took a year to complete the process. It was way too long. Nevertheless, my husband and I keep the faith. We are pleased that we can now move into our new home.

Things went well enough. Educational materials helped, but only to the lenders benefit. The restrictions help keep more debt from piling up but, they keep me from moving forward in other areas in my life.

I stopped by to inquire if I could qualify and within a month I was buying a home Kim and her team were professional and the process was so smooth. The last time I bought a VA home it was a disaster and took for ever, to the point that I considered not going VA this time. I will always recommend this team!!



I felt the most important part of the entire process was being kept up to date on the latest information. I was either receiving phone calls or emails. I know redoing a home loan can run into some bumps in the road. If anything happened Veterans United was quick to call me and get what they needed. They were also great in responding to the many questions I had and did a little "hand holding" as transactions like this make me nervous. Thanks for everything VU!!!
