The process from initial contact to closing is very good for the buyer.
due to our personal circumstances it proved to be much more difficult than it really should have been. Not having a realtor or lawyer made it a much more personal experience than when we bought our home with a vha loan. due to a relocation and change of department of the government made it more complicated than it needed to be. Having to prove you work at a place that you have already sent W2's, tax records ect seems a bit odd.
Easy to talk to and he explained everything clearly. He didn't talk down to us like a lot of young professionals we deal with. Jeremy was also kind and got back to us in short time.
