Veterans United was fast and efficient. The team was very informed and communicated every step of the process. They took care of all the heavy lifting, all I had to do was sit back, pick a home and sign paperwork when needed.

Shantel Dooling truly cares about her clients, and it shows!

So quickly he was able to get us a new lower rate.

I really appreciate all the help from the team! It was so easy and I know it was because they were really dedicated to helping me get into my new home. I am thankful for the hassle free experience and will always recommend them to every veteran I know who would like to buy a home.

This is my third times working with Josh, and that explains a lot about his service as a loan officer. He always make time for us, and his responses are very quick. I would give him more than a 10 for sure.

This was a very easy process thanks to VU. The hardest part was sitting in the lawyers office signing all the papers. Blair was another important person on my team. She helped me with alot of the process and I think she deserved recognition as well. I just want to say thank you for making me a home owner and for making the process easy.

I highly recommend the use of their services. The professionalism was on point and was able to answer all questions I had.

Only thing that kept the team from getting 10's were some last minute issues / lack of communication that ended up costing us a good amount of money.

Thank you all for your help!!!!

The team answered all questions I had. They were very professional yet friendly and made the home buying process very smooth.

First off I’m glad Mitchell is a new father and wish nothing for the best for him and his family. As far as Mitchell handling this whole process, it was absolutely frustrating and just plan unprofessional. He just left for about a week. No Notice no communication no nothing. We even had to push our closing date back almost a week because well nobody, literally no one responded to us?? I deeply regret doing business with veterans united.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Chris,
Thank you for sharing this feedback, and I’m really sorry for the experience you had. It sounds like the lack of communication, especially around such an important milestone like your closing date, caused a lot of frustration—and that’s not the kind of service we want to provide. You deserved better, and I apologize that we didn’t meet those expectations.
