John was great - he was probably the reason why I decided to go with VU for our loan. Brandon was helpful and so was Amanda. However, there were times when I called Brandon or Amanda with questions and I got information that didn't make sense or was incorrect.
I was skeptical at first because of a website I saw that had negative reviews of Veterans United, but my experience was top notch throughout. I will wholeheartedly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home.

Shane Martin and Molly did all the work and l was informed all the way,they were fast and well organized.
During the end of the process there was some additional information that was requested during underwriting.. Veterans United reaches out to the company to get this information without telling me that this information was needed. If they would have told me about this information the day they requested it I could have gotten the information in a timely matter and we would have been able to close on time. Due to this information not being delivered on time our closing date was pushed back causeing me to call all the utilities and insurance company’s and change everything. It was a major hassle that could have been avoided if Veterans United would have been up front with me and let me know what was going on.
They listed everything we needed to do. If something was unclear, they made sure we knew what needed to be done, or fixed!
