Once information requested by them was sent, it was reviewed immediately & action was taken on it..They are technically, morally & ethically sound.. They really do care for the Veteran, & i thank them all...
Our original loan experience a few years back with VU was excellent, but our refinance on the other hand was the worst experience.

Wonderful experience, one small note...in our busy, fast paced lives, not everyone can read emails thoroughly. With that in mind I would suggest one phone call to inform clients of important details not included on the website... such as time deadlines for specific items that will affect the closing date and time. Other that that one thing, I would say you have this thing locked in pretty dang good.
