The entire process with Tandi Lord helping to fix our credit, Eric working with our loan and Brenda as our agent, really impressed me with how much they cared and wanted us to succeed. I can't say thank you enough for everything through out the entire process.
Having to fill out paperwork more than once was annoying and time consuming. Paperwork was either lost or misplaced by Veterans United. Several emails were never received because they went to Spam. Towards end of process, information about closing costs and the how to pay were given just a few hours before closing so had to scramble to make that happen. Need better lead time for this. Need to make online electronic signature signing of paperwork happen. Having to print out paperwork, sign it, scan it back into computer, and then resend through email is just a pain in the ass!!! Had to do this numerous times throughout the process.
The communication process between United Home Loans and customer through email needs to be improved by adding text confirmation to cell when an email is sent.
Overall experience was alright, I just think having to redo numerous paperwork was unacceptable aand annoying. I do want to say Thank You to Robert and Emma for their patience and help in getting our mortgage.
