Only complaint is our realtor was not very involved in the process. we saw him a total of 3 times, the last of which he only;y showed up to pick up his check. please beware of working with this realtor.
Working with Veterans United was a pleasurable experience. We were able to get our VA loan approved and financed pretty quick which allowed us to find our new home which wouldn't be possible without them.
The website was fantastic. It made reviewing documents and giving documents to VU extremely easy. The "To do" list made keeping track of what I had and hadn't sent in easy. All around great and painless experience.
Overall great experience. Had no problems at all. if i ever choose to buy another house Veterans United will be the first people i call.
