The process went smooth with the exception of one thing which was the house being appraised under value but Nick and Tammy were quick on there feet and suggested a ROV (reconsideration of value) which worked in my favor and afterwards we were able to proceed with closing right away with no issues. Shelby was sweet and would always check up seeing if I needed anything for the move and Nick was very responsive, Tammy was knowledgeable with my questions for things I didn’t understand with the loan as well as Nick even after asking the same question probably 20times he would always just answer it again.

This was my second time using vets united for my home buying and I was absolutely shocked that they were able to top my first experience! I will always use and recommend veterans united!
Slight frustration that we did not know final cash to close and monthly payment until the night before closing which caused alot of unnecessary stress during this process.
I think an evaluation needs to be done regarding the appraiser used for this home purchase. He was difficult in to work with and get timely documentation. This is the only thing that caused a delay in our closing. But this delay meant we weren’t able to do certain things over the holidays with time off as we make a big transition in our life. Other than the appraisal, the rest of the process was exceptional.
If I ever buy another home. I would love to with with this team again.Thanks for all your help.
Seems like all went well. Confused to why 1 hour before closing were still signing a handful of documents. Stressful
