Everything started off well, then we felt like we were kept out of the loop of what was going on with our house. We had an initial closing date that changed and we were not notified. As a result, we had to spend 3 extra weeks in a hotel. It also felt like the assistant didn't really know what was going on at times as he asked for stuff that should have been taken care of already. He also didn't know where we were.
