I was extremely pleased initially with how our loan process went, up until the actual closing day. Then we were not notified by anyone of a $4700 difference in closing fees that was supposed to come back to us. Ironically, upon seeking out Veterans United I asked about the lawsuit you lost over this issue - and was assured it wasn’t going to happen. $4700 isn’t a lot to Veterans United, but it is to a family moving around Christmas. Not. Happy.
