This was a great experience. VU made it so easy. I am just pleased with the way things were handled. The team stayed in contact with each other and with me during the accepting of the offer to finalization of the deal.

There's so much more my wife and I want and could say but this little box can't do it justice. Just know that we thank God for placing Veterans United in our lives. Kristie and Byron, we hope that you both know what you mean to this family. We love all of you and everyone will know the role VU played in this blessing.
Matthew Perona made big promises on our initial meeting. He showed optimism and eagerness to help, but once we signed and agreed to work with him as our loan officer...everything changed. Matthew was dismissive, non responsive, and made excuses for his lack of attention to detail. At one point, Matthew showed serious unprofessionalism and stated "..look, I don't get paid until this deal closes." There were many clerical issues and delays in paperwork submission. Matt ignored our messages and there were many times that our realtor had to leave multiple messages to get a response. Our realtor also took on responsibilities regarding loan follow up which should have been addressed by Matt. If we had a loan officer who was present and actually cared for us, this entire buying experience would have been different. Beware, Matthew is not who he presents himself to be.
It is so important to choose a loan officer who has you best interests at heart, and not just financial gain. It's also important to have a responsive loan officer, especially during underwriting. Additionally, the home buying process is a life changing journey...be sure to choose someone who will make sure your name is reflected accurately on documents and is sincere/passionate about what they do. These are all things that Matthew was NOT.
Katie was was absolutely 💯 wonderful getting our loan approved. I cannot say enough about Veterans United and their team working with us.
There are too many unnecessary phone calls from multiple people saying the same thing after task from the checklist were completed. I asked repeatedly to not be contacted in that manner that many times.
Alex and Dalton were the greatest. I would tell any Veteran that is interested in purchasing a home, to call Alex or Dalton!
Everyone from Jason, Sarah, and Stephanie were amazing and did everything in their power to make this home buying a good experience. Thank you to you all
The V.U team was very professional and patient and precise in preparing this house buying experience,we loved every step of the way to the Keyes of our New Home,Thanks Team,Ronnie and Hazel😊
Everything was as expected until the final approval. Alsi worked hard for me but the underwriter and those around the underwriter were difficult whether it was them not understanding how taxes worked and waiting to the last minute for the final numbers
Awsome group of professionals
