No communication, I had to personally call to check on things, and every time I called there was a list of about 6 things to complete that I could have been working on for the weeks I didn’t hear anything. Knew 3 months in advance that we were going to move our closing date ahead by 1 month. We didn’t get to close on our house until 3 weeks after the new date, and on signing day, they still tried to push our day for the day after, even though everything was approved and ready.
