I started the process more or less on a whim not expecting to get approved for much. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount I was pre-approved for and that spurred me to actually look for a place to buy. At every point, the VU team met my needs, even the needs I did not know I had. I would definitely keep doing business with them.
Couldn’t ask for a better team to assist me for my first time home buying experience. Adam, Brett and Allie, provided me the constant reassurance that everything was moving along. The Welcome home gift is a nice touch, it made me smile, and my little Bro happy with the treats and his personalized dog bowl. Everybody in my friend circle askED me how my experience was, and I have NOTHING BUT good things to say about the VU Team that helped me. The team I worked with was highly professional and quick acting, I pushed for an early closing and my team accomplished that within 17 days an amazing team all around. Will definitely recommend them to whoever is in need!

The overall experience was great with Shawn and Candice and Caitlyn. My loan officer stepped out for a family emergency and someone else stepped in to finish everything on closing week. And she messed more things up than helped. I also was shorted a good bit from what I was owed to get a closing. That woman refused to help and basically just told me I was wrong and that’s not what me and Shawn had discussed. Then she tried to fix things that weren’t even wrong and probably made things worse.
She would have known the issues if she would have listened to me instead of interrupting and telling me I’m wrong and I do not know what I’m talking about.
