Closed 5 days later then expected due to a computer glitch, estimates were consistently incorrect, was offered a lower percentage rate to use VU but had to pay points (was not told when offered).
You guys rock!! We are incredibly happy with our new house and you guys made the loan process so easy for us. I always thought buying a house was going to be a big hassle that takes forever but I was wrong. Thank you!!!
I was on a very short timeline to get approved for a loan to purchase my new home, I was going to use a national bank however I found it difficult to have them return my calls or get the necessary documents in a timely manner. The first time I spoke to loan officer he ensured me this would not be the case, and most of the time they were waiting on me.
It was a very pleasant experience thanks to the professionalism of Michael's group.
Our Loan Officer, Blake Weisenfelder was awesome! He was so helpful from our first phone call all the way through. Even our Real Estate Agent commented to us how awesome it was to have Blake helping.
