When I first contacted VU my credit was not good enough to qualify for a loan. The Lighthouse team gave me specific targets to hit. After a year, I had met all the targets and was assigned a processing team. The team that was assigned to me was very accessible and always responded promptly.

Tory and Nani were really great. Would highly recommend them to any Vet. VA appraisal process was a complete disaster with no customer recourse. I would not do another VA loan based on the appraisal side. I hope Tory and Nani go to a conventional lender and I would then love to work with them again.
