If we are not going to be receiving communications for a period of time, such as a vacation, please let us know. Not once was there a discussion about the closing costs being significantly higher d/t using equity in the home. We did not find this out until signing final documents. Was Will afraid to tell us, I have a hard time believing that was an oversized. I almost stopped the process and still not convinced that I shouldn't have.
A skillful and extraordinarily polite and respectful team. Never showed the slightest indication of annoyance or frustration. All representatives demonstrated a calm & respectful demeanor at all times, (even when I was frustrated about issues that were not theirs to handle).
