Veterans United did everything they said they would do and more . Very quick and kept us informed, the process was very easy !
The entire process from start to finish was great. I had all of my questions answered in depth. I was checked on repeatedly to make sure I didn't have more questions, all the details of a move were in place, and even to make sure I had what I needed for my pets. After finding a house I liked the entire team did everything possible to help close quickly and they did. I would definitely recommend this team to any first time and veteran buyers looking for a home using the VA loan.
I have to say, my loan team was outstanding. Got my documents in a timely manner. Disappointed with the home insurance side who refused to insure because they said the roof looked detached via the pictures (if that were true, the inspection would have caught it). Concierge was a total let down. The next loan I will find another real estate agent on my own because unfortunately I got a bad one who lied and stole from a seller. I expected better from a fellow veteran who uses his Navy Blue Angel experience as promotion.
Reason for the 7 for overall...minus 1 for concierge, minus 1 for home insurance refusal, and minus 1 for the referred agent.

I heard horror stories about how painful assuming a loan could be, but Matt and his team made it very easy.
I have to admit that in the very beginning I was skeptical about using a company I knew very little about. However, after being assigned to Kenny Scheer as my loan director/ advisor I cannot express how much we are thankful for him. He was a God sent for us. Kenny would call us after working a long day at his office in the late evening to talk to me about my concerns or questions. He always put our needs and concerns as a priority. He's been such a Blessing to us in the process of buying our home. I will never forget him and what he did for us. It feels like he's part of our family even tho we've never met. I hope some day to meet him in person to personally thank him in person. Thank you again Kenny and God Bless You and those sweet kids of yours.
