Aaron is also super knowledgeable, extremely professional while also being highly personable. And, great communication throughout the process. Did I mention he is THE BEST!!!Also… never in the history of homes we’ve purchased has the mortgage company ever sent us a thank you… much less a “welcome home” note and house warming gift. Everyone my wife and I have spoken to and that has assisted us on purchasing a home has been very patient, understanding and helpful. We managed to purchase a home while I was on deployment. Being an active duty sailor and being on deployment means it is very difficult to communicate and make choices, especially when going in and out of communication availability. I was fortunate enough to have my wife make choices on my behalf and they were very understanding and informative with us while assisting us through the process. There was not a question left unanswered and I have no doubts. I genuinely believe no one else could have made this happen other than the great people at Veterans United. You guys are really a 10/10 business. The staff is helpful and informative at all parts of the loan process and even after the loan has closed have been super helpful with any questions that have come up.
It’s incredible how hard this team worked with me to make sure I was ready and able to buy my first home. Micheal work with me for several years to teach me about credit and finances. And the rest of the team really made finding a buying a home fun.
