I loved the fact that during the time it took to correct some issues with our credit Veterans United kept in contact with us. We had contacted a couple of different mortgage companies and Veterans United was the only one to consistently check up on us.

Awesome experience with Veterans United, was skeptical about online mortgage companies due to reviews online. There was no issues thru the whole process due to Veterans United and we closed mar 10 2017 and will be calling Veterans United (Allison Basnett and Shelbie Brumley) when I'm ready to refinance! Better communication between all parties. If you are waiting for the realtor to complete something, let the client know so they are aware of what is happening.
