From the very beginning Veterans United was dedicated and stuck it out with us until the very end. My husband had subprime credit; other lenders would pull our credit, see his didn't qualify right away and just send us a denial letter never to be heard from again. Not VU, they reached out to me right away after inquiring on their website, put us in touch with Brian at the Lighthouse Program and he worked with us for 4 months until we were able to qualify for our loan. We closed in 45 days after signing a contract, thanks to diligent work from both sides and we couldn't be happier.
