John and his asst. Jack helped from start to finish. It was challenging as we were working on a large loan and the team made it happen despite a few obstacles along the way John was working overtime to help get to the closing table sooner than expected. I’ll work with John any day of the week!



I was juggled from multiple loan officers who work with Trey. They asked for the same information multiple times, never once talked to me personally except when I called demanding action. Five days before my closing my loan officer disappeared and said in a blanket email he would return the day of my closing. I had asked for a remote closing and continued to hear lip service comments like they were working on it and then they disappeared for the duration. In my opinion Trey was not following up on my account until I complained about how unhappy I was. They used a tit;e company who lied to my agent about speaking to me the day before my closing. Then I got a call at 7am Montana time to ask me if I was ready for my closing. I would never recommend Veterans United if this is how you run your mortgage department.
