I only rated it an 8 because it started off pretty rough but all issues was addressed and the remainder of the experience was phenomenal.
There is an entire team of specialists who are assigned to you and to guide you through the process. Being a first time home buyer it was very nerve racking but the team gave guidance every step of the way without leaving me in the dark. Highly recommended! Thank you!
Veterans United staff are very professional and treated me with the up most respect. Also I was inform of any changes that have occurred and always available to answer or explain any questions. I give Veterans United an A+.
