The overall process was pretty smooth but I think it could of went better. I think some of the questions asked of us to provide items that the Title Company was being paid to do must stressful and time consuming for us, i.e. Road mantainance agreement and payoff statements. Also due to the needed information above needed by us caused the closing date to be changed to a later date or lack of coordination with the Titlle company, cost us additional $161 to extend the lock on the interest rate. The other thing that seems to be happening throughout the process and the use of the Veteran United server, several documents was placed in for review and they wer out correct! In cooresponding there the server, some used it and some did not.
My application process seemed like it was done slowly because of rising rates to get me out of my locked rate. Questions about rates and buying points went unanswered.

A+ job on the website and the educational videos. I knew where is I was throughout the whole loan process and what to expect next.

Kept me informed of what docs were being submitted and needed immediate attention and processed the docs immediately to keep my submission moving forward as quickly as possible. I really enjoyed working with both of them and greatly appreciate all their assistance.

VUHL honestly is the way to go when it comes to getting a Loan. The biggest reason I say this is because with my credit history I never would've imagined I would get a lower interest rate. But huge thanks to the VU. I ended up with just a little over 4% intrest rate.
