I would only because of the rates and the fact they were willing to work on my VA loan amount with my debt to ratio.
Josh Schultz went above and beyond all expectations with my home loan. We had a few hiccups in the beginning, but he was able to make it happen. Very easy tasks, and Josh always kept an open line of communication.
