For some reason this time around it was very frustrating having to submit thing multiple time to get it resolved and it took way too long.
While the Loan Officer did a good job, the Underwriter appear to be disorganized. We were burdened MULTIPLE times with providing LAST minute information that could / should have be resolved MUCH sooner. At the end, I felt like I was being investigated as a possible criminal. And this continued after the loan was approved when someone from Veteran's United called one of my business client's to see if I was "STILL" working with that client. I felt insulted by the underwriting process.
This is the second time I have used Veterans Home Loans, and I had the same loan specialistsTodd Keicher and Ben. I felt I was in good hands. I trusted that I was in good hand. I had just lost my husband, and they were like having good friend helping me through tough times. They are a great asset to your company.
