Great experience with a great loan team!
I had an unusually complicated transaction but Rory and the crew stuck with me until we cleared all the obstacles.
I found that the veteran United Loans professionals were just that and every question I had they gave an answer to as well. They showed a lot of patience when the paperwork at times late. They are real good when it comes to working with totally ignorant when it comes to making the one of the biggest decision and acquisition in ones life.

Meghan held our hand the whole way and the process although timely was smooth and very detailed. We knew we were being taken care of because of the assurance and support shown by our Loan Team

I had a great experience and really appreciated that I had quick responses to all e-mails and phone calls.
Not sure why but I never felt the confidence to say I had the loan. There seemed to be a lot of duplicated effort. It became very concerning when Equafax kept calling to verify information for a credit supplement. Also the need to re verify employment the day before closing made me feel as though I wasn't closing.
