Helpful at every step of the way. Holly Roellig was timely in her responses and patient with what were probably mundane questions that we asked.
I thought the entire process took longer than expected. It would have been nice to have known sooner that I would have to have my well inspected along with a termite inspection. It a while to schedule both inspections and then obtain the results. If I would have known sooner I could had those while other paperwork was being processed.
Craig Anderson went out of his way numerous times to get my loan approved.
