I heard in my closing date that real estate agents have a really hard time with VA loan companies because it takes double the time. My experience was ok, the job got done, but after many headaches and problems communicating with my loan officer. He would be out of the office on vacation, for a wedding, sick, medical appointments, or gone for the day. His assistant never called back when left a message and picked up the phone 2 times out of 10. There is definetly room for improvement.

Everything was great. I was sent duplicate paperwork that I was sent online and filled out online. Could have saved half a tree by checking if that paperwork was done prior to printing.
