I have partnered with Veterans United on three houses now and the are exceptional at what they do. The streamline the process and communicate through the entire process. I would recommend VU to not only a friend but also to family members.
The whole team at Veterans United was great. Even while we were looking through a limited inventory, someone always reached out to see how our search was going. They made this process super easy. I would give them 20 stars if it would let me.
my loan officers were okay but this whole process was extremely difficult. the company itself is what i have a problem with. I hear yall will just sell my loan to another company anyway.

In some cases, loans may be transferred to another servicer after closing, but that doesn’t change the support available to you.
