For this to be my first home buying experience, it was amazing! Ive heard many people talk about how its a hard process to purchase a home, but i didn't even have to ask questions because all of my questions were answered before i had to ask. It was extremely smooth and easy.
We had an exceptional experience with Veterans United and their staff. The level of professionalism and excellent customer service is amazing. From the moment we called and spoke with an agent regarding starting a home loan application it was nothing but exceptional customer service. Their knowledge, dedication and hard work made this the smoothest process we’ve ever experienced in purchasing a home. We submitted the application online and within 30 minutes we had received our first call back with an introduction and steps with what will happen next. It was that way throughout the entire process. Excellent communication throughout! We were able to close on our home in 30 days without any issues and all is due to the wonderful staff that was working with us during our process. Ryan kawelaske is the man! Made everything simple. Any questions I had I called him and he always answered. I think I heard the shower running in the background when I called him outside business hours one time. Another time I heard him ask the waitress for more time before he ordered so he could answer my questions. In all seriousness, he’s the best. Made some stressful times easier. 10/10!
