The only thing is with the appraisers up in St Paul Minn taking three good natured time. getting the appraisal done took longer than it should off costing costing me thousands of dollars. other than everything was good to go.
Everyone was great especially Neal Roeder, this guy is amazing, he needs a raise seriously, very professional at all times even when things seem frustrating he keep a very cool head! Thanks Neal!!
