This group of folks made buying a home a very easy process. Even though at times it got overwhelming, they had patience with me and walked me through every question I had.

I wasn't made aware that my loan officer was going to use $3900 of the builders credit to buy down the rate. I found this out when the CD came out. Any utilization of the builders credit should come from me only as he is giving me the buyer the credit.


I have purchased and sold multiple homes over the years and this by far has been the best experience I’ve had when comparing those experiences- from being told no and reassurance we could do this ! This group knows their Stuff ! When I was telling my friend about our experiences with VA United and our Realtor Trina Kay Leviness - who promised us she knew the in and out and wouldn’t let us down !
