The experience went very well up until the day before closing when there was all of a sudden an extra $5000 needed to close because someone made a transposition error.

I think Mike Lyman was great but there were delays with processing the loan on behalf of Veterans United that pushed back the closing date unnecessarily despite others involved being prompt on their end that nearly caused the seller to pull out of the deal. Overall, I feel Veterans United did a great job in getting the loan secured and a reasonable rate
